What I like about being on my bike is the freedom and absorbing the beauty around us. Also the challenge that it takes to get up a steep hill, jump a log or just to hold on in a pace line. I figure if I get get through that and survive I can get through daily work life.

I like riding with Hagerty and the cycling community its being around like minded citizens: health, community and encouragement.

My first memory of learning how to ride a bike I was 7-8 years old my brother put me on a bike on the top of our steep driveway. His advice turn right at the end of the driveway so you don't hit the neighbors Corvette.

Every ride or race is an accomplishment its feeling the fear and doing it anyway. It's exhilarating!
Off the bike my biggest accomplishment is Grace my offspring. She is hilarious!

When I'm not riding I'm with family, friends, my dogs and the team at Imprès salon spa est. 1990
Something you might not know: I traveled around the country training hairdressers with a company (Trevor Sorbie) based out of London and  Rare by Ruth Roche a New York Academy for advance technics.

Keep moving!
